Refund Policy

If you receive wrong/defective item, please contact us immediately. A replacement will be sent at no cost to you. And you do not need to send back the item.

All claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

No claims will be accepted for buyer's remorse, wrong shipping address provided or wrong size ordered.

Unless products arrive damaged or defective, custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items.

Exchanges

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by original sales order receipt/number.

You are responsible for return postage costs

The Happy Origin will not be responsible if your returned item is lost in transit. Please consider using a trackable shipping service. And if you are shipping items over $100, shipping insurance is recommended.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order comes with free shipping, a restocking fee equivalent to the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
